PITANIUM is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you have any dissatisfaction with the purchased products, we guarantee the return or refund after the conditions for return and exchange of the products are eligible. You can return or exchange the products you purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return and exchange conditions

Such as manufacturing issues, logistics issues, repeated orders , defects and product quality issues.

Please note that the following situations will not be arranged for return and exchange:

  • The products have been received/collected more than 7 days
  • The products have been opened (If there is a problem with the quality of the products, this restriction will not be imposed)
  • The difference of the product’s color
  • The product has been used more than 25% of the product's capacity
  • No product quality problem
  • Any free gifts and trial gifts
  • Any personal reasons such as skin sensitivity or repeated purchases
  • Subscription products


You need to present the relevant receipt number when you request return or exchange. If you are not PITANIUM member, you must provide the name and phone number for us to check the order.

Return process

After we receive your returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return or refund, we will arrange the process as soon as possible.

Refund process

Please contact us to arrange the return process If your product needs to be returned and eligible for a return.

Exchange process

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receip if you need to exchange. The exchanged new products will be sent to the shipping address indicated on the order. You can also choose to return the product at our store.
